Marcus Ferro

Marcus Ferro, Esq. is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Upon graduating with a Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts School of Law, Marcus started and operated a solo law practice based in New Bedford and Boston that covered a diverse range of practice areas with a primary focus on criminal defense. Marcus has since transitioned to the nonprofit sector where he works to ensure that individuals with disabilities are delivered essential healthcare services and opportunities for employment.Marcus has also worked on political campaigns for candidates seeking municipal, state and federal office. He serves his hometown of Fairhaven as an elected official himself on the Board of Public Works Commissioners and serves as the Chairperson of the Fairhaven Commission on Disability. During the evenings, Marcus is the co-host of SouthCoast Tonight, a talk radio program that airs every weeknight 7:00 pm-10:00 pm on WBSM in New Bedford. His program features prominent guests such as members of Congress and statewide officeholders and covers politics and current events in Southeastern Massachusetts and across the Commonwealth. He is also a columnist for wbsm.com.

Marcus serves on the board of Spectrum Productions, Inc. an organization that helps individuals on the autism spectrum access opportunities for social and economic growth. Marcus was also a co-founder of the Gottschall Access Program, a modified college program for students with autism.
